OncoMiner Pipeline | Upload to Circos

This page allows you to build a Circos heatmap diagram of the PROVEAN scores for multiple individuals, as computed by the OncoMiner Pipeline. You must start with a set of PROVEAN-scored and annotated datasets generated by the pipeline, whose filenames will be of the form DataSetTag.PROVEAN.full.annotated.csv.

1. Click "Choose file" to choose a file to upload.
2. To upload additional files, click "Add another file". A new "Choose file" button will appear, to allow you to choose an additional file to upload.
• If you add a "Choose file" button by mistake, click "Remove last file" to remove the last "Choose file" button.
• If you select an incorrect file by mistake, you can correct the problem by clicking the "Choose file" button next to the incorrect file name.
3. Click "Submit" to submit all the selected files to the heat-map builder. A page will appear confirming that your files were uploaded successfully.
4. The heat map may take several minutes to create. Do not navigate away from the submission page until the resulting heat-map image is displayed.
5. After the heat-map image is displayed, you can right click on the image and choose "Save image" to save a local copy.
6. [Under development] Clicking on the outer heatmap will show the data rows that contributed to the collective PROVEAN score of the region.
7. [Under development] Clicking on the inner heatmap will show a list of publications that mention the variants in the region.
