Once you have submitted files to be analyzed by PROVEAN,
you may submit your scored .CSV files to the server so it can produce seperate information
regarding genetic variation (i.e. which sequences presented the gene mutations).
These produced .CSV files will allow for statistical analysis using
Fisher's Exact Test,
among others. This will generate conclusions about what gene mutations are present between
cancer patients and non cancer patients.
